These two men have been in the trenches and have come out having won big. I'm a Marketing Director at WFG, had some access to Ed and he's the bomb. I've met and sat in Brad's office several times and he's as genuine as a man could possibly be. Implement their mindsets and go win yourself.

AWSOME points emphasized! I was shocked when I saw the puzzled look when talking about his purpose, his “why”. He is a natural role model implementing how to sell, communicating in a way that is such a casual way of understanding people and how to provide what is most valuable to them. Closing without being perceived as person even trying to sell anything. BRILLIANT!

He is very right about our educational system the things you truly need in life are not taught in a public school and I've gone all the way through college to college. The 3 things you need are 1st the ability to determine truth from false and fact from fiction 2nd How to make your way in life without disturbing others and finally how to sell.

Wow the beginning part of his career is identical to mine. I had just turned 18 and started working for a demolition company, brutal manual labor. On the way home I was sitting on a bucket of compound, bouncing around in the back of a Ford econoline van and saw an older newspaper scattered in the back. I picked up a random piece and it was the employment section. There was a local car dealer looking for sales people. I called for an interview. When I showed up the next day, the managers couldn’t believe how young I was. Out of the 7 new hires they had in the class, I was the only one who made it out and had a successful 3 year career in car sales. This was crucial for my entrepreneurial career. I was able to get great sales training while building my entrepreneurial foundation. I was able to make my mistakes young and get them out of the way before I had a family or people relying on my income. Sales training is key for any successful businessperson.

I’m willing to put money on it that Brad Lea is an ENFJ personality just like me his why is along the lines of something an ENFJ would have as their vision. The way he asks if that is his why or if he does have a strong work ethic. Being able to persuade people to do what he wants to do. The perfectionism thinking he isn’t doing enough. That’s a classic ENFJ.

I have come to notice another common characteristic amongst entrepreneurs (in addition to taking risks, being college drop-outs etc) : a lot of them have had their parents split at a young age. Despite this being a hard thing on any kid or family, it seems to make some people stronger and go on to do something amazing to get back at life or use that as an outlet for their frustration.

I absolutely love sales I remember after school my junior year going into the telemarketing room and in just a couple of short hours closing more sales than all the adults who had been there all day long. I can also relate to selling vacuums and the candy bars, but my problem with the candy bars was I would sell a box and eat a box! So I had to use all my allowance to pay it back. LOL I quit after a week of selling the vacuums because I was tired of giving people foot massages with the Kirby and showing them how many dead skin cells are in their mattress with the vacuum! What a journey this has been. Another great video Ed, from 5 years ago, thank you.

I am not an entrepreneur and I have struggled with fear and indecision my whole life, I have recently found you and am now following you on all the socials. I think your story is great and the amazing work you are doing to help people is truly exceptional. These video where you introduce people to other thought leaders and inspiring individuals is fascinating. I know I am never going to become a millionaire, but your positivity and energy for life is aspirational from a mentality stand point. Even though I am financially not doing great, I whole heartedly believe in pay it forward. Anyway, just wanted to say thank you :)

This made me sad, you bought the “I’m not going to be a millionaire” vow you made about yourself, your belief was on the Easy bet. Imagine where you could be now, 3 years later if you believed you WERE going to be a millionaire, and worked like it, after you watched this video. I read your comment and you sound so sincere and intelligent. It’s not too late to make it happen, just show genuine interest in people, elevate those people, do everything you can to help THEM, and the commissions and pay checks will handle themselves.
