There was an announcement in Dreamforce'21 and Salesforce stop any development on WF and Process Builders. As per the announcement we will not have ability to create any new ones after Winter'23. From exam's point of you we should know what are the capabilities of each process automation tool but while answering if you see all the options WF, Process Builder and Flows as a feasible solution you should go for the best solution and that will be flow in current situation. one business process can have one or more record types? and what is the difference one process having one record type between one process have multiple record types?

Yes, one business process can be associated with more than one record type but not vice versa. The scenario when we will have multiple record type with one business process is that they both need same set of status values but different page layouts to show different set of fields on UI.
