Overall Video is a good one, I have a query here when we logged in as customer we can see open and closed cases right, but for me I cant see those open and closed cases, when I go to that particular site I can see but as a customer I am unable to see.

After changing the ownership of open and closed cases to the customer user, I can see by this way.

Hello , i have small query , In Open cases tab it will show all the open cases right and when we click on any record , a particular record will be opened and I want to add certain fields to it when the records get open, so can you guide on how to achieve this? how fields are driven inside when we open a record?

Yes we can.. when you create a list view you can restrict the visibility whether to certain public groups, roles, partner portals etc. Hope this has answered your question

Vijay, adding direct playlist is not yet possible in salesforce, however there are different ways use lightning component and embed into the salesforce ommunity page

Thanks so much for your feedback, Kindly navigate to left side of the community builder and look for Theme, there you can change the Page Background colour and also make changes to the header, do let me know if this helps.
