Do you have a tutorial where a user is listed as the vp on another users profile to then update that vp field to blank? They can be listed as a manager or svp on an users profile? But to find a list of users who have one particular vp to change that?

Hi Bro, can you please suggest me one of my flow scenario. I have existing flow and need to update Records Elements. 1) "Update Records element Label - Populate Legal Entity on Order Product. 2) Field to Update - "Legal Entity" 3) Value - Element Reference to "LegalEntityID_C. Please suggest me how do i create this flow.

I created a screen flow on contact object with screen that captures first name, last name email. I also have account picklist field that I use record choice set so I can get all accounts on contacts. So in get record condition I am using accountID equals contact account id. Then I loop through get record element and whatever I enter in first name, last name and email screen and whichever account I select in my account pick list field. I use assignment element and use record collection variable to update all the records at the same time. It updates all the records at the same time on that account. However I want to know how can I prevent using same email id when I select another account for example Burlington textiles or another account so I should get an error the email is already used by another account. User should not be able to use same email address that is already used by another account. Should throw an error email already exist. First name and last can be same and can be used with one or more accounts. Can you advise how my screen flow prevent me updating multiple contacts if another account is already using that email
