Thank you so much for sharing this very helpful review. Such reliable and authoritative information is hard to find online although there is no shortage of subjective, narrow and poorly researched opinions. I was wondering if you would be kind enough to also address the issue of phthalates/phthalic acid and other harmful additives in cosmetics in general and in fragrances in particular. Several years ago I stopped using fragrances on a regular basis altogether because of the concern about such additives in products in the U.S. market. I simply retired my men’s fragrances into the refrigerator, and now use them only several times a year, and even then I spray on my hair to avoid direct contact with my skin. Of course, many big name companies have claimed that they do not use such additives anymore, but investigations/tests by consumer watchdog groups tend to indicate otherwise. Walmart and Target also have talked about addressing such consumers’ concern, but I do not know of many people who go to such retailers to get their high priced fragrances! Almost all the fragrances sold at these retailers are the cheaper synthetic stuff-i.e., not a single one of your six favorite men’s fragrances is available at these stores. So, are your six favorite men’s fragrances as well as those in your own personal collection, which you talked about in another video, free from harmful additives such as phthalates? Do you know of an online source to look up such information? Moreover, I do hope that you will get a chance to also do a video on your favorites or recommendations on choices of men’s fragrances for different seasons and climates. I will post my other questions or comments in the future. Again, thank you so much for such help information.
