(Do not take this comment seriously) Assuming it’s a normal cake and not a hyper-dense one, the cake is going to have a lot more volume compared to mass then fat will. If sally where to eat the whole cake it likely would not have that effect to her body because a high percentage of cake is just air. If you where to compress the cake to de density of fat then you will likely have much more of a marginal effect. I just had to get that off my chest. I was thinking about that since playing bowsers inside story
