I’ve actually really liked the polishes I’ve tried in this line. The formulas have been so amazing.

How long do they last for you?
@isabellebergevin4 жыл бұрын
Thanks for the review! I think that these polishes are a great option for those who insist on wearing vegan polishes. They are fairly expensive and so far, the offer of colours and finishes isn't very exciting (that dark red/pink with the shimmer was interesting though). So it will appeal to a specific market. Most people aren't like us and are perfectly happy to own a couple of bottles of good polish and they would probably be quite happy with these. For me, not really!

I have the White Tea. It chips by far quicker than any polish I own, including the super old cheap ones. I tried a Sally Hansen and a YSL base coat, no difference. The Sally Hansen Colour Therapy is the longest lasting polish I’ve ever used, however.

Thanks for swatching these Sally polishes! They’re my favorite drugstore brand!

Awesome video. The color Sweet Berries is, I think, the same pigment that is called Carmine. Somewhere between red and pink. One of my favorite watercolors. PS: Isn't grammar fun?! I enjoy your references and they make me smile. And that's a great thing right now. Thanks.

I liked pretty much all of these colors, with the exception of Beet it. I don’t live those deep burgundy type colors.

I'm impressed with this line for it being that " kind of natural and vegan" its really good! Most of the polishes if seen that are in that kind of range have been very sheer "blah" shades. That I just cant seem to get to work well. I would like to know though if the shimmer or glitter that Sally Hansen is using is Biodegradable? Thanks for swatches as always!

I like your videos. But don’t undersand why you don’t cover your whole nail. Both sides are always left bare.
@cat_6234 жыл бұрын
Hi Nancy, Jess explains her swatching method up in the description bar. Basically it would make a mess around her cuticles if she covered the entire nail, when she is swatching polish after polish (especially those darker colors and metallics/glitters). I'm always amazed that she can do such a neat, clean job of painting every time!

So they're vegan, but no mention of them being cruelty free; does anyone know that status?
How much SH costs in US? It's like 15 euros here and I find it to be too much.
@jessFACE904 жыл бұрын
It varies by line. Their Xtreme Wear line runs around $3 USD. These Good. Kind. Pure. polishes are around $7. I think the Miracle Gel colors can be closer to $8-$9 depending on where you get them.

Love the fact that these are vegan polishes and free of many harsh chemicals but those colours were yawn worthy.

I’m really annoyed to the point of offense by the naming of this line. It’s marketing at its worst. No one is good or kind just because they are choosing a nail polish. It insults our intelligence and it virtue signaling garbage Thanks for continueing to show us what’s available
@laurenagnes84354 жыл бұрын
ParadoxicallySweet I understood it to be the nail polish is good, kind, and pure because it doesn’t use or harm animals in it’s making.

OMG what’s the purpose to say “good formula“ when ALL of them are? I haven’t seen a single video without you saying that. Just saying.
@cherryphm4 жыл бұрын
TheCocomom uh part of doing a nail polish review is to comment on the formula? Just because they are all good formulas doesn’t mean she shouldn’t say so. I don’t understand what the problem is.
@zibbyzoo43794 жыл бұрын
If they're not good formulas she doesn't say they are. They might be pooling or too thin or whatever.
@BrittMFH4 жыл бұрын
Does it really hurt that much to be kind in your comment?
@TheCocomom4 жыл бұрын
Britt H I didn’t mean to be mean, I apologize. That was not my intention at all.
@jessFACE904 жыл бұрын
It's pretty rare that I come across a polish that's actually BAD. Mentioning the formula is part of a review. Not only does it fill some time so that I'm not silently swatching or cutting the clip too short because there's nothing else to say, but I always feel like I have to be REALLY clear to keep people from making assumptions or putting words in my mouth :)
