At the same time we recognize and are deeply ashamed and embarrassed of our centuries old corrupt government which is mostly responsible for all of Mexico's many problems particularly with our vast poverty, organized crime and lack of good employment opportunities. Unfortunately the Mexican government is still too powerful to overthrow or change for now. But all the negative things about México are for another time. As a result of our extreme patriotism we absolutely love when we see people from other nationalities that have any personal interest in our country, or in our people or in our culture. Seeing people from other countries that have any personal interest in our country, people, and/or culture fills us much more of patriotism, honor, joy and means more to us than you can possibly imagine.
