Salmon Alfredo Lasagna Rollups | SEAFOOD LASAGNA

This will probably be the best thing you'll ever have. If you love Salmon, this is the one for you !
Salmon,cream sauce,spinach, cheese all nestles in lasagna sheets and baked to perfection.

Ingredients: this recipe makes 10-12 Rollups.
Lasagna sheets
1 package pre shredded mozzarella cheese
( I used Borden )
4 oz sharp white cheddar
2 1/2lb salmon
2 tbsp old bay seasoning
2 tbsp garlic powder
2 tsp mrs dash Caribbean citrus.
2 tbsp avocado oil.
1 tbsp garlic butter
* whatever seasonings you normally use is fine , these are just the ones I used *
For the Spinach
4 oz freak cheese
20 oz frozen spinach
I medium onion
1 tbsp garlic butter
2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
For the cream sauce
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp flour
1 quart heavy cream ( the tallest carton)
1/2 cup greater cheddar
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika

Does the salmon not get overcooked as it is first fried then baked in the oven? Or does the oven not cook it too much
