People, have the graciousness to ignore what you think are imperfections in how she's cooking. She's in "her" home not yours, alright family?

Souse is delicious, but I have never heard chicken foot with souse. You young people has switch up all the dishes in the Caribbean, you need to call it another name. Souse is usually made with cow face, ears, nose and snouts likewise with pig head, face, ears, nose etc, but never have I heard about chicken feet. Chicken feet is for making dog food.

👍 I just made this for the first time. Good recipe! Mine took 28 minutes of stirring before it was done (Med-Low heat). It is super- SUPER YUMMY! Thank you! 👍 (ps: I used 1 box coconut milk and 1 box coconut cream, and added 1/8 tsp salt.)

It would have been helpful if you had given the proportion of corn meal to the coconut milk. This would help beginners.

Your chicken curry is too liquid to eat with the ROTI. You should try Indian style curry where we don't use water but get good thick curry

#ArtButFood , I have already liked and subscribed to your channel. I love Caribbean food and West Indian food. I made your callaloo soup even though it was not traditional. You use potatoes and dumplings and corn in your soup as a thickening base instead of the traditional okra. Plus you use coconut milk instead of coconut water, which I know coconut water is more traditionally used than coconut milk. Nevertheless, I made your recipe, and I really enjoyed it even without the okra. Keep up the good work!!! Can you do your version of ackee and saltfish with dumplings. That's the only time I eat fish when it's prepared in that dish . Any other time I don't eat fish, I don't like fish. Now I like shrimp, Lobster, fried scallops and Oysters and clams , but I just don't like regular fish for some reason , but the only time I eat it and ackee and saltfish is because of the gravy that is made from that . My friend used to make it for me and I would pay her for it and buy the ingredients she needed to make it. because I was so shocked that I was actually sitting up there eating fish knowing I don't like fish. But my Jamaican best friend makes it for me and it's out of this world. The best ackee and saltfish ever. Hands down that is the only time you can make me eat fish❤😂😊
@ArtButFood4 ай бұрын
I don’t like ackee unfortunately but I can do just salt fish , thank you for stopping by , means so much ❤️
