This campsite is fabulous and it’s not too far from the commercial areas if you want to visit the busy parts. If you go there, make sure you get a super pitch as they are more like the UK and there’s more space. 😃👍🏻🚐 Trev

Aww we are jealous 🙂 Do try to visit Salo just a few miles away. We went with bikes and then went back by taxi to enjoy some people watching and looking around the old town. Golden Sheep is right next to the lake too. We didn’t travel along the lake Como but wanted to see Menagio and Como. Travelling from Garda the route to Golden Sheep is good but there’s lots of tunnels. Have a wonderful time 💙🚐👍🏻 Trev

Great video Trev. We have visited Salo many times either when we have been at Camping Fornella, or when on a ferry trip there but we have also stayed in Salo at the Hotel Duomo which is in the background on your video at about 12.42, it’s the one with balconies over looking the lake. Your video has brought back some happy memories, thank you.

What a fantastic campsite in a super location but they don’t half pack the units in on the sites across Europe. Hugo spritz, my favourite. Was it Aperol spritz when you got to Venice? 😁 It would be a shame to miss out! 😂 Thanks for sharing your wonderful tour.

What an awesome place to take a bike ride! The church was so gorgeous! I feel like I could have spent days there taking pics and video. Absolutely an amazing work of art. Food sure looks good. Can't remember if I asked before, is the pizza in Italy better than the pizza anywhere else? What about the wine??

Salo was another superb place to take pictures. We enjoyed the bike ride and the walking and the church was so amazingly detailed and beautiful 😊 The Italian pizza and pasta is delicious as long as you choose a good restaurant of course and we have done quite a bit of eating out as well as cooking in the vans. The wine and local beers are great to try. Everywhere seems to have their own local specialty 😃🚐 Trev

It always amazes me how tight some of the parking lots and roads and stuff are in Europe. How did you get around with a larger rig?

Haha… yes the large rig was tricky but we got into most campgrounds and places but some of the old towns and historic sites were not accessible. 😃🚐 Trev

Lovely scenery. I couldn't really enjoy the scenery when you were actually riding the bike because it was so fast. Please don't speed up the video so much. It would be more enjoyable to see in real time. In saying that I do love your videos and thank you for sharing.

Italy looks a lovely place, but I would be worried walking around with all those mad cyclist 😂. Loved the church, it was amazing. I needed something like that to take my mind of erotic ice cream eaters. 🤣
