Aww bless you both. Ceilings are a nightmare no matter how you try to inspire yourself to do the work. The strain on the neck, shoulder and arm is unbelievable. Try not to force yourself too long. Eat delicious food, sip wine by the fire and enjoy some hibernation during the cold season. Sending strength and positive vibes ❤❤❤

I wanted to repair it by making wooden prosthetic "bottom" for it and seal all the wires into the glue.

We have a Smeg fridge but a red Kitchenaid kettle in our drinks cupboard. We have no problems with it as long as the cupboard doors are left open for the steam to evaporate 🙂

wow alla you and sergie are doing an amazing job. it is hard work and painful on the joints but once finished you will see the beautiful result. What a beautiful ceiling it is becoming! You are very brave, but before you know it you will be hanging pictures and bringing in your lovely furniture that you have collected! But I have to tell you! When you showed us your special glowy breakfast closet, with the snake skin in it? Well right in front of the snake skin you have a lovely pink glass "footed" or "pedestal" dish, I think I remember you finding it on one of your treasure hunting trips. Well I have one EXACTLY like it in my lighted "hutch" or dishes cupboard!!! My cupboard has clear glass windows in the doors so you can see all the pretty dishes inside, and I have a long strand of little white lights, like for Christmas or Weddings wound all around on the shelves of dishes! Makes them all glow soooo pretty! But how special us that we have sister dishes, with glowy lights, and I'm far far away in the little town of WallaWalla, in the south- eastern part of Washington state! I will think of you and pray for you often when I look at it!! ❤

All your hard work is paying off!🎉 was there a reason why you didn't use masking tape on the beams? then you wouldn't have to clean them afterwards and painting would've been quicker because you don't need to be so careful.... masking tape is you best friend, for your windows too when you paint them...

I love that yellow in the cabinet your right it does brighten up your day when you open the door. Cringed at the snakeskin though 😬. Look forward to the Chandelier going up. Agree painting those panels is hard work. As i said the other day don't do to many in a day. Alternate painting the ceiling panels with other jobs - clearing the entrance, sealing the flòor, painting walls or something e Se.

Alla, buenos días, te voy a sugerir que coloques alineadas “hembrillas abiertas” de acero o blancas, lo suficientemente grandes para que puedas colgar las tazas en diferentes filas, lo mismo que hizo Sergi con las copas, pero con las tazas. Ordenas mejor el espacio, adornas el armario, porque queda ideal y consigues más espacio. Un saludo
