I use to have a mental breakdown while doing a womans hair. Lindsey probably barely made it through training at beauty school. She complained that every stylist cuts differently. Well, she sure does, and badly, she can't even get the length right, and the poor client probably had to have it cut 2 inches shorter to make the style even. Hair is precious to women, its part of our power.

With his stress came the hoarding as he knew he was potentially going to lose everything. However, with his hoarding came the stress, because he was obv stressing out his staff too. How on earth anyone can like working like a negative colleague like the girl who was ‘let go’ amazes me. People like that bring everyone down. Negativity is contagious and I have no doubt it’s a more pleasant working environment without her. For the KZbin censors, I have been responsible for hiring, training and managing staff for over 30 years. I understand employment law (MBA) and also how to manage and develop teams working for large multi-national, through a number of different set-ups to smaller, local organisations. This is based on practical experience and knowledge.
