Tubmaster 5000 It’s b/c it is out of tune The old saloon uprights also has rolls for auto play (some) They had a lever that would move a wire to the hammer pads. The effect is called “Tin Lizzy”. Unfortunately the asshole going through the trouble and learn rag and stride and old west saloon didn’t go through the trouble of buying this $100 non permanent mod that makes it authentic... Hear for yourself... kzbin.info/www/bejne/mmfTnX6Il7iqgrM

Snake Eyed Bill's left town! I need ten good men to join me in a possy! Now who's with me!?" (The bar stays silent, until finally the music starts playing again, and the hustle and bustle of commotion continues as they ignore weary taveler) (Weary traveler gulps his drink down in one gulp and slams it confidently on the counter) "Fine! DisgruntledViewer the build up to the california to oregon cattle drive, longhorns to chase out the big foot - go back to the moon where ye came from well that was what we told the cows to tell to whom they wished to lodge complaint from thenceforth, as they would probably do a bit of natural climate change so we could ride them after they grew wings & we learned how to speak using music and moving frame projector devices - "i want a moon pony. pa! Actually, the reason the horse's face is blurred is because back when photos took 30 seconds just to take and days to convert to actual photos, anything that moves while the picture was taken was immediately blurred out. Good comment, though.

Like the oldstuff4all stated all of these are made by one artist except for one song. First song breaktime is by Kevin MacLeod I know for a fact. Sorry for a late reply, dont check messages/notifications much at all. However I think only fig leaf rag the second song by Scott Joplin is the only song by him, rest is by Kevin, so past 10 years they came out.

IMAGINE: The Tennessee sun weighs heavily on your back as you slowly make your way through the town, your dry throat just aching for a local beer. You give a friendly nod to Mr. Robinson, the local blacksmith, and smile at a couple of kids as you pass them. Then all of a sudden you pass a saloon you’d never seen before in all your life. A faint whistling is drawing you to it like a moth to a flame. Most beautiful thing you ever did hear. As you enter you're greeted by a thick cloud of cigarette smoke and the smell of homemade beef jerky. You order your favourite beer. In the corner of the room is the man responsible for the beautiful music. Cowboy hat right down to his nose. Straw in mouth. Banjo in hand. You can’t help but smile while you have your first sip of beer as he fiddles and whistles away. See where I’m from we don’t need any “Mozart” or “ tchaikovsky”. Just a man at one with his banjo, plain and simple. Despite being in a new place you just had to chuckle and say, “Feels good to be home.”

This hit hard. I think I might have been a woman in the 1800’s in my past life. The, “feels good to be home”, part really hit home for me. I feel like I just slide right into this lifestyle like it’s the only one I’ve ever lived. It’s kind of scary tbh

Perfect mood music as I'm writing a novel set in the early 1900s-1910s. This is the kind of stuff my character heard as a little boy living in a little Kansas cattle town.

You do realize that this music this music was played in a saloon of places, where respectable men took to the ale tankard -the beer hose-, women let their hair down, pickpockets come and go like flies, and the saloon owner's running a whorehouse upstairs. Just saying, not really a respectable place to be tickling ivories.

Tarnation! I’ll be a blister on a bankers thumb. I ain’t heard piano music like this since I was a gleam in my father’s eye. We held up a saloon in Slickensaw, Indiana because there was more money on the card tables than there was in the bank. I’ll never forget the hussy hired to haul in men with her Haute Couture and huge head ware and hardware! Thanks for wrangling up these old tunes where we were once agile and a bunch of rug cutters!

What you are seeing is the horse moving its head while the exposure was taking place. In the 1850s through the turn of the last century photo processes required long exposure times. The subjects had to stay still for at least ten seconds, often longer.

Back when a saloon was four walls, one door, one window, a bar keep slinging whiskey, and a simple sign reading: SALOON. That's all that was needed back then. No flashy lights, no neon, no gimmicks and crap. If women then needed to find their husband, often times they knew where to look.
