This tutorial is worth following even just for that first left turn!! I’ve seen so many salseras use the same/similar “windmill” arm styling for left turns and I’ve always wanted to learn it, but nobody (on KZbin, anyway) teaches it. Thanks for breaking it down, Tara! ❤

You are brilliant dancer and a teacher. Love it I have few questions. I am not physically very active but been learning salsa for a year now. However I couldn't dance fast or balance in slow or even fast dance pace... secondly how to become fit to dance ? You all dance so fast. What is the main reason for fitness and fast dance
