Salsa Sunday! 🌶️

Salsa
12 cups of diced tomatoes, approximately 70 Roma’s
4 cups of green pepper
2 cups of yellow pepper
2 cups of orange pepper
One or two fresh squeeze lime
4 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon of fresh parsley
1 tablespoon of chives
4 green onions
1 cup of vinegar
1 tablespoon of lemon juice 
1 tablespoon of salt
1-5 tablespoons of sugar, depending on the sweetness you want
Half of a teaspoon celery seed or celery leaves
Half a teaspoon of cinnamon
Bring to a boil, then simmer for 15 -30 minutes
Process with water bath for 15 minutes
Everything is optional you can add whatever you like. Enjoy!

Like my homemade salsa :) I use to help my daughter just hard to find the time this year but maybe a bit later, early girl bush tomato's i grew this year & some are big :) Great job you have enough for awhile ! Take care
