Hi Joe and Maria! I know it's late 😂😂 but can you guys tell me if after the wrap with the hand on the hip you stop applying pressure when she has to move back on the 6? Or do you also keep pushing her on the 6 or 7?

Salsa Lessons NYC coming to your class in person only confirms it. I told several people about it. I plan on attending the Dallas event in June. hoping by then my on2 fundamentals are better.

can someone explain the "coo-dune" thing he's talking about? It's on the 1 and 5? I thought that sound was on the break (2 and 6) on the high pitch tap of the conga.
@robt51087 жыл бұрын
MOSTDEAFdotCOM The "slap" sound of the conga is your 2 and 6 (there's a bit of a difference between the two btw)

I got to learn salsa on 2, lol I usually dance on 1 but if I try on 2 and end up doing a crossbody lead I always swap back to dancing on 1
@JoelSalsaNY10 жыл бұрын
Believe me Canes01miami the same thing happened to everyone that makes the transition from on1 to on2 but like everything else... 'its practice' keep practicing and you will be able to dance on any style with out change it =)
@Canes01miami10 жыл бұрын
You are right I've gotten to the point now where I can do pretty good on2 but not as good as when im dancing on 1
