Please can you post some links about where to buy the best leggings for dancing? The cheaper ones fall down, but others are so expensive, for what they are. A middle ground would be nice.

It's hard with leggings cause really depends on your body type on what will fit better. But try Calzedonia, I like theirs, also designed for fitness has some amazing ones. And I recommend going for heigh weist 😉

Hi Rasa, in one of the videos you mentioned that it is nice to wear some shorts with a short dress / skirt - just in case. Could you please advise where to buy them? Are they some special dancer shorts which are not visible under the clothes or you are talking rather about normal panties with a bit more coverage? Thanks for all you videos!

They don't have to be dance shorts but more like undergarment like there is under t-shirt. You can get them from night wear section or underwear section sometimes even sport section. Most importantly the material can't be see-through so definitely not underwear in general 😊.

Hi Rasa, I was wondering how you feel about roll on body glue? I perform frequently and have used it in the past to help keep my tops from slipping on stage. I recently tried it out to help keep a tight skirt down and it actually worked super well. I am going to keep experimenting to see if it might be a solution for dresses slipping up, might be worth a try for others too :)

Body glue i find works for shot period until you sweat and it comes off...but i have not tried all the glues so would be interested to try something that worked for you 😉 but also i want to feel free when dancing and if i have to glue my dress it will make me aware of it if you know what i mean 😉
