It is certainly interesting that for decades a low salt diet has been pushed. Salt is necessary for the electrical impulses of the body especially the heart. Thank you for posting your video. It resonates with me. One topic, salt baths, is worth adding more information to. I meditate and pray in salt baths while playing high vibration meditation sounds. My practice has helped me to remove curses and bring me to a higher vibration spiritually. With salt baths I feel closer to the divine through meditation/prayer. I leave the salt water on my skin after a salt bath for more protection. Love and light ❤🕯️🙏

Salt back in the day had a very different application value than it has today. It was used to stop meat from rotting, it had this mysterious and magical quality of preserving flesh. It was not seen as mineral condiment. Ancient armies preserved their rations with salt. That would make it easy for certain beliefs to be associated with it. "Ye are the salt of the earth"....

Any sea salt. I prefer Redmond real salt from Utah. And Celtic (most minerals and magnesium) Himalayan fine. But I don’t trust the extraction methods. And Redmond is closer to where I live. Key thing is a natural sea salt/ we bring it everywhere. Do not want to use the fake stuff at restaurants.

You can use any salt. Even table salt. You don't have to go and spend $20 on a 1lb bag of fancy salt, unless you want to. Just make sure it doesn't have anything added to it, like flavored salt.

Belief in the power of the salt gives it the charge of intention to purify and protect, its the positive charge that if you believe gives it the power just like anything in your life, perception and intentions are the key, salt has been used for centuries for protecting foodstuffs and cleansing bacteria so has gained a reputation for positive influence, celtic salt is sea salt thats not been bleached and contains over 80 minerals that help with the absorbing of essential minerals into cells and the blood, everything in moderation though.
