Salt and Pepper Chicken Wings
Ingredients List
--------
1 kg chicken wings (cut in half)
1 tsp thyme lemon and bay salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp green seasoning (optional)
1 tsp soy sauce
2 cups vegetable oil for frying (can be air fried)
1 cup corn starch (for dipping)
For garnish
------
1/4 red and yellow bell pepper
2 spring onions
2 garlic cloves
1 tbsp butter
1/2 medium onion
1/2 tsp thyme lemon and bay salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
