Going through the Dome of the Forgotten does not advance him. And as Mia Who? said, be sure to exhaust his dialogue at each of his locations. Very important, that.

My issue here was that i forgot about him in Hager's Cavern and only remembered that i missed him after i defeated Disemboweled husk. xD

you're gonna need to create another character if you want the trophy. =/

you forgot one MAJOR step, u have to kill the disemboweled husk to progress the knight through Hager's cave.

i can't find him in the ruined temple,i already talk to him in Hager's Cavern and kill the corvered but didn't found him in ruined temple

I saw somewhere that if you kill the covered you fail the questline, which is weird cause how od you get to him?

You will also have to talk to him BEFORE killing the boss of each area where this NPC is present, otherwise the NPC will disappear from your game and you will have to start a new one to succeed in this quest.

Okay, I thought of I killed Coveted it would fail the quest. Been searching for a path around for about an hour. Wiki does a horrible job of explaining this stuff.
