Ingredients:
2 seabreams
8-10 lbs. of salt
1 ½ cups of water
1 egg
1 sprig of rosemary
5-7 garlic cloves
½ jalapeño, sliced
1 bunch of Italian parsley
6 lemon slices (2 per fish, 2 for garnish)
4 tomato slices
