Salted vegan galettes - The perfect snack:
Ingredients:
450g of flour
200ml of oil
200ml of beer
1 bag of baking powder
5 tablespoons of sesame seeds
2.5 teaspoons of salt
Preparation:
Add 450g of flour to the bowl, then one bag of baking powder, 5 tablespoons of sesame seeds and 2.5 teaspoons of salt. Mix the dry ingredients to combine. Then pour 200ml of oil and 200ml of beer. First, mix well with a spoon and then knead the dough with your hands so that all the ingredients are well combined. The salted galette mixture is ready. Place in a heated toaster or galette maker hand shaped balls, the size you want, to bake. Uy checking occasionally, bake for a few minutes until they get a nice golden color. Place on a plate.
