You should have the kids do an episode. It will be a great life skills kind of learning experience. Team work, cooking, following directions, etc. As a lot of my teacher friends have been saying, everybody is going to be a bit behind after this, so try your best at teaching your kids things they might not be learning in school or something you do really well and haven't shared as much with them.

Hey, cake mix is a great substitute! It’s basically pre-mixed dry ingredients, and you can totally make cookies with it too. You’re just locked into that flavor.
