There is plenty of good gf and vegan food if you watch chef's videos or just normal vegans' videos. I don't know why people are so perplexed and uncreative like the only thing that exists is the absence of butter, meat and eggs.

Is there a good substitute for almond flour? I think my family would LOVE these, but my son is allergic to almonds.

Hi Ang and Josh, this looks good. Ange, you put the wooden spoon in your mouth and then used it to stir with. Can't wait to try this.

Can you use regular flour instead of almond flour? I have people with nut allergies.

I have to say this your kids will never forget these videos. They’ll keep it forever and show their kids. I miss my parents very much. I grew up now and I look back something you said that reminded me of my parents that I never forgot something they did.

I used brown sugar. Looks and tastes better. Also put toffee brickle instead of almond flour for crunch. So good!

The candy I make is made in an 8x8 metal pan. Lay an 16" piece of waxed paper across it. Fill half the bottom with salted peanuts. Take 15 thin pretzel sticks, each one broken into 4 pieces, and add in. Stir. Melt a pkg of vanilla flavored white chocolate melts according to pkg instructions. Pour into the pan slowly, covering the bottom. Using a spoon, poke under all the peanuts & pretzels in order to get the chocolate under all the pieces, otherwise, all the pieces will fall out when you break it up. Add colored sugar or Christmas themed shaped sugar pieces. Chill 15 minutes.

We’re a family of 8 and eat granola every Thursday. I use peanut butter and butter as some of my wet ingredients. We use peanuts and flax seed too as some dry ingredients. Once it’s cooled, I add mini chocolate chips and put it in an upright Tupperware container meant for cereal. I make 12 cups of oats at a time and it lasts us about 3 breakfasts. Thanks to you and Cade for a new recipe to try.
