I think it's a standard effect of expose weakness. You move less and less until you can walk anymore. You can still dodge though.

Idk if anyone else has experienced this but when I use Anakin my heroic might will glitch causing me to only be able to block and not move. Ik Anakins abilities are already glitchy but haven’t heard of that one. It happens to me ever so often so maybe that happened to him

I hate toxic players and I remember them tbagging me for no reason, they were on the dark side, I was Anakin and I decided to teach them a lesson and I managed to beat them and be so annoying that I pulled then, force push 360 and then retribution and kill them all they told me I was trash but I didn’t care😂

If he’s unable to move it’s connection issues he’s having most likely Also expose weakness doesn’t stop you from moving I don’t know where you’re getting that It makes you slower normally but it doesn’t outright stop you

Dude I would pay so much money for the developers to just come back to balance heroes vs villains and fix the bugs like if they fix that I would love this game so much but it hurts to play because of the problems I can barely win on heroes because of it and yoda who is supposed to be extremely strong is weaker than Rey and Rey is overpowered to
