I went to one meeting I was scared as fuck before going but I got through that first meeting and when I was driving back home I started crying just thinking about how the hell did my life get to this point to where I was going to meetings but I kept going and just listening. I do two meetings a week and I sit and listen and just soak it all in and it really helps. Try one meeting out it's not too late I promise you and you will probably find out that it becomes a part of your life.

I was legitimately dead then got pneumonitis from the breathing tube they put in my throat and bled into my lungs also aspirated vomit and got bad pneumonia and was in the icu for a week. Worst experience of my life. But basically the short answer for how I survived it was #1 I snorted it never shot it and it was almost always from the same guy who I trusted (not the time I OD’d it was a bad batch in the area). And 2# I did just enough to not be sick I didn’t overdo it.
