From what I’ve heard Doomguy is the son of Keen, who was the grandson of Blazkowicz. I could be misremembering or have my source wrong on exactly how close they are in generations though, but they are absolutely related. What I do know for sure is that the ones that are related are the classic ID versions, so Wolfenstein 3D and not the modern Wolfenstein games, and it was in the original Earth dimension the classic Doom games took place in, because Doom 2016 and Eternal have Doomguy in another earth. (I don’t remember exactly how 3 connects to the rest because I’ve heard a lot of contradictory stuff)
