@@RedNovaStarlight It's a big tell sign that the streamer sucks. During play, a good player wants to hear in-game environment, like footsteps... Maybe to keep track of a concealed killer, so that they spin the camera around to see what's on. They don't always have the luxury to spot the killer's silhouette or their red light in time, after all. Music like that is a sacrilege to the horror atmosphere of the game, anyway. If she takes the rulebook so seriously, why doesn't she take this seriously as well?

Me and my friend have only ever encountered 1, insta down huntress and they hit so many cross maps. However they hit from so far away they couldn't find the person. It was a scuffed match on all sides.

Out of curiosity, I went to take a look at a Japanese dbd streamer. She was playing both as a survivor and as a killer on low MMR, with a predilection for Deathslinger as a main. In truth, I wanted to see the bearing of a typical Japanese player and if they cryrage about certain stuff American style. Well, that streamer girl tunneled a Leon at Eyrie of Crows and proxy camped hooks rather loosely. Nobody seemed mad at it. No tea-bagging or any BM expressing soreness. Do they tea-bag at the gates usually? I didn't witness it, but it seems like Japanese survivors usually take off quickly without making much of a fuss. On another game, I saw an Unknown hitting a survivor during an unhook. Not a single time I perceived anger towards the enemy's tactic. She had no morbid fixation on that, unlike the perpetually raging Timmies. She was just enjoying the experience even while losing at the endgame. The closest emotion to anger I noted was frustration, when her timing is off while shooting with Deathslinger. It was mostly directed at her own shortcomings, not against others... The heart was in the right place. This content is so much more enjoyable to watch than the whiny westerner survivor crap, even with all the flawed calls and strategic loopholes. I only regret that my Japanese is too basic to interact with her in the comments more meaningfully... Trying to observe closely the Asian dbd player mentality, still. But yeah... It's the American dbd subculture sucking, I guess.

I live in Japan and play in the servers. Everyone here is less altruistic and more self sufficient. The meta is very different with everyone almost always running self care. Survivors are not bm heavy at all. Killers either. They are more introspective than not. Just some observations.

I play in Japan and survivors who bag usually are foreign,Japanese usually stay at the gate when the killer is not stealth or one hit and leave when killer is close but not on line of sight,most of the times if they stay until you come they just walk alway slowly looking behind(got some extra hooks because of that)
