We free line cut shrimp with a 1/8 oz split shot weight under the intracoastal boat docks, fishing from a 14" aluminum John boat. On a good day we end up with 15 keepers, on the average. Sometimes we catch black drum, reds, trout, snapper, grouper. You never know what is under those docks in winter.
