what amazing targets from KGWs to squid, to crays, to oysters, to snapper to dhuies then the beach trips amazing stuff with your gardens. never caught my own crays very jealous, understand requires investment in pots, winches ropes and buoys and know where to drop pots. surely those hads could make great stock before whizzing up the rest for the chooks. great use of the fish. those cray tails with herbs and butter with a great white wine brilliant even better with a great beef steak, chicken or pork surf and turf.

Epic vid Jim. How long did ya cook the crays in the oven for? Looks easier than on the bbq Have you thought of putting your sinker on a shark clip so you can use your winch for the entire pull and just unclip the sinker when it gets close to the winch.

Bagged out! Yew! Nice cook up, did notice with the garlic butter you spooned onto the raw cray meat touching it then back into the butter for another scoop. Then you used that same butter on the cooked meat. You should not do that. Im trained in food hygiene so i pick up on things like that. Keep up the content bro 🤘

@@SaltyFishosStaySalty 👍. Boil cray in ocean water or salted water for 8mins once back to the boil, then chill. Cut cray in half remove the poop tube and remove the meat to cut into bite size pieces. Put all the meat back into the shells and make a white sauce to cover the meat. Then shaved parmesan cheese over the top and a sprinkle of paprika, then grill until golden brown 👌

Crays for days. My favourite part of the cray is the legs. Cooked separate to the body they’re always juicy and tender. Still love the body with some garlic butter or pickled. I’d love to try confit cray in garlic butter 🤤

Tried it with the tail meat and it wasn’t the same, something about the flavour in the legs. I could talk all day about recipes and things to try. Bro you know I love your videos but I have to put my 2.4 cents on this one. Bluefin tuna is one of the Most endangered fish on Earth and killing them purely for Bait is unethical. In some countries your only allowed one fish a day. We are lucky in Perth that we can catch 3 and thousands of people will watch your KZbin video and hundreds will do the same thing and not to eat but for bait. If I was you I will delete this video because the more people watch it the more people will kill this fish for bait. 6 people on a boat times 3 a day just for bait and times . I love the Ocean and I named one of my son Ocean. The fish that should be used for bait and there’s a lot should be Samson fish. People already bait collect here in Perth not just Tuna but other species and I get the same feedback either a sambo , Herring , Tailor, Tuna any other fish that's in the sea even Australian Salmon I get peoples 2 cents worth brother.... even a death threat from time to time. Will be interesting to see how many people will Tuna fish for bait?cost of petrol to a box of Tuna? People to lazy to find fish do the hours of trolling, way easier to spend $80 for a box of tuna. Tuna is Global and sambo is a fish that people don’t eat and throw back into the water. Sambo is the main reason fish stocks are down because nobody eats it. Tuna is on the endangered list and sambo and herring are not .
