I remember my dad was playing this game when I was little and it was funny because he was trying to beat this boss while staying on that rock but there'd be a lot of times when he'd fallen off that rock and he would get so mad every time he'd fall off that rock to where he got up saying "F*** this game!!" ​​​ I think this form is what the emperor became after holding onto the Dark Dragon, because there is an instance of him being described as a tall, aged man with long white hair, but he likely secluded himself after getting the sword in order to absorb its power. And it is stated in-game that the sword transforms anyone evil enough to wield it into the devil incarnate. The emperor likely had some massive plans for that power, while Murai likely just wanted the power, since all we got from him was a fiend transformation. As for how he handles political matters in this form, such matters likely didn't need to be addressed in the four days he had the sword. What I find weird though is that the emperor is never addressed by name. As far as we know, he has no name to speak of.

To fight the first form, you can easily defeat him with the gleaming blade UT. Dodging lasers should be a piece of cake once you know his patterns Second form can be cheased easily with lvL2 Inazuma, while scorewise it grants a huge bonus. This was found by Bigalski, a big Ninja Gaiden Black player, along with Kelll, JTB123, balbaid and more.
