​@@usedhalfcartIt's a huge amount of burst (50) and a damning DoT effect that forces you to either look for a health pack or get to a med ASAP. If used on the Med, it pretty much stalls his Regen, and forces him to a health pack. It's also *incredibly accurate* compared to the pistol, so it's far easier to hit one cleaver vs 5 pistol shots from mid range. Someone run away after a meatshot? Cleaver. Need to engage someone? Cleaver. Need to throw a hail mary? Cleaver. Spy checking? Cleaver. Use it liberally, cause God knows you get it back in like 7 secs.

Yep Fish, TF2 has changed since you last played it. In terms of the setup time changes: Medic now builds uber significantly faster in spawn, and engi's can upgrade buildings twice as fast (the buildings themselves take 50 metal at a time instead of 25).
