We had the same reaction when we received our Chilean cars paperwork. I just laughed when I saw your reaction.

So insignificant right! It actually took us 3 years to get that dam paper. After 2.5 years of having the van we found out we didn't even legally own it as there was a problem with our original paperwork and we have to contact the old owner and go through the whole process again. luckily he was contactable!

@@saltyvanventures Thats tough, ours took 6 weeks and I thought that was long. I must say all the borders accepted that document no problem. I was nervous the first time but we have had no problems with it.

We luckily haven’t have any issues since either. Also just realised you have what looks like the identical van to ours! There can’t be too many of these hiace ex ambulances floating around so that’s pretty special

Yes looks identical. Ours is a 2000 model with a 2.4l Petrol engine. We have met one more couple @minimalfurgo that has a 1985 model with a 1.8l petrol engine.
