Just look in the northwest bortha you'll find lots of stores with them. Theres about 4 stores i know in the northwest of there with them. Just look properly and do your research

I've been looking around online and haven't found much other than how to make your own. That's pretty nice you have your 1.3 license. I plan on getting one when I'm 21.

@@lastingeffort6775 ya some states and counties its harder to get. Its not too bad in PA. just go get finger printed, have a passport and fill out the application. I got mine when i was like 24 i think and just put down on I wanted it for personal use and they want to know what bunker youre going to store your fireworks in. Just say you will be setting them off all on the day of purchase or a lot of stores have bunkers you can rent for storage if u dont set everything off.

Can anyone know why m 80s and quarter sticks are 1.3 when there under 60 grams?

Because they're made with flash powder instead of black powder or some other pyrotechnician composition. 1.4 fireworks are limited to only 50mg of flash powder. Anything over that pushes it into the 1.3 category unfortunately :/

Flash powder is a faster burning powder than black powder causing flash powder to be louder and stronger than black powder fireworks. Thats why black powder is in lift of a fire work shell and flash powder is use in the the explosion of the shell in some fireworks
