I didn’t want to say it but I’m glad I’m not the only one who thinks miles web swinging is a bit more versatile and fluent and is personally my favorite to use out of the 2.

Im one of the people who still plays the game and gave it a 9/10 but I don’t think it deserved awards except for Yuri!

When doing tricks, you can double flick the directional stick for different animations

5:05 when you web wing it’s easier to maintain your distance from the ground , but when you swing at that speed off wings it’s almost impossible to hit the ground because the web won’t be long enough for him to hit the floor

nò actually ur meant to hokd r2 and as soon as u hit the wall, release it. u will bounce off. hope this helps

So can you explain what moves produce what animation?

You can actually go to the moves list in the menu and find them yourself

@@Salvage1009 oh I’m talking about the specific moves that the characters do as they begin the next swing. Like swinging upside down. But I spent some time last night and realised what you meant. Each trick has a specific position spidey will perform after a certain trick and I’ve now memorised which ones do what.

@@Salvage1009 yeah sweet was trying out all the combos on one of those really long manhattan streets. Also notice that combo moves produces a different animation as well! Just making sure: the moves are only tied to the thumb stick moving at 90 degrees right? As in up, down, left and right and not in between those placements?

It’s mental 😢. He just continues to swing. I can put my controller down and he STILL continues to swing. I try ro get him to stop and he won’t. I can’t even land on anything without him swinging or getting stuck on walls. If that’s not enough evertime I I put a suit on he turns back to blue 😮its horrendous

@Salvage1009 And he didn't even win that. I wondered what his speech woulda been! Lol 🤔 But yeh, they seem to favor quantity. A long, 80-100hr game =/= Better than a shorter game. But hey, maybe 3rd time's the charm? 🤷🏾‍♂️ It's styll my GOTY, tho. That's really all that matters at the end of the day.
