That exhaust sounds tame in a nice way. It is not obnoxious, but deep sounding. I love it. This car is going to be great when it’s done.

Pretty close to being done and shipping out? With that over the top throttle cable? Does the AC work? What trans is behind it? How about power windows and power locks and power brakes and power steering? Everything connected correctly and functioning properly? Or just "hooked up and working"? That "build" looks maybe 25 "done" with about 150% to go to make it COMPLETE.

I think we all understand that you build what the customer wants, and that’s fantastic. But all that time, money, engineering, and talent to be put into a project that has got to be the silliest most goofy freaking thing that I’ve seen in 60 years, and I’m very open-minded. But you guys did a fantastic job. You’d have to be really good to put this thing together.

why are you putting super hot exhaust in the trunk? You already have the exhaust fully routed beneath the car. For showing off the exhaust, the car needs to be on a lift, not inside a trunk. Very unusual choice. Overall, excellent build.

It's different, and I think some want traditional. To those, drop $500k to $1.5 million on your own vision, show us how to make everyone agree with your idea of custom 😊 One question, do you have concept of design art, on what you're looking to achieve? I wanna see how you contrast or flow the color of those seats. Done right, those will pop.

I don't like being a critic but sometimes you just have to say something. To be honest I like 98% of the work you guys do, there's really only two parts of your work that I don't agree with. And that is your tube work like you're exhaust work and your cold air intake work. I just don't think all those little pie cuts look good and they definitely don't look professional. I mean you should be able to find a professional exhaust company to bend your exhaust pipes and you could continue to make your cold air intakes the way you have to use as a mock-up, but then send them off to a company like HSP and have them professionally bent and powder-coated....
@lethal_larry2 ай бұрын
their exhaust geometry fab seems to be a lot of "well that looks cool send it" vs actually designing an exhaust around the needs of the engine. the pie cuts can look cool if you use titanium with argon purging for intake runs but not really what you want on an exhaust. also not a fan of the center mounted tailpipes, would've been cooler to do a non spider trunk exhaust and just made a simple 4 tailpipe setup with a bypass solenoid for the muffler. bet this project was a lot of design by committee and one of the committee members being the owner. sometimes that's how it is.

@johntice77452 ай бұрын
@@ramyanthony4615 opinions are cool, great, criticism is a good thing. Obviously a lot of thought and planning goes into these cars. Bending tube to extreme angles and offsets obviously isn’t the best route, which is why these guys use pie cuts. Spend the money to piece it together, then take it and get it bent to match, then come back and it needs to be tweaked so you end up cutting it and adding or subtracting just weld it back together, doesn’t make sense. When you can use pie cuts and make it go where you want it to go, seems a lot smarter to me. Besides the process they use to weld it is the same process we use in the oil field (back purge and TiG) it’s going to extremely durable and leak proof.
