I pre-ordered the Salvation set back in December when it was available. Still waiting for it to arrive at my FLGS! Honestly, don't think it is ever coming. Apparently, according to my sales rep at the store, the supplier didn't receive enough copies to fulfill all the retailer request, and since they are an American supplier (everything goes through the US distribution network for Canada) they skipped Canadian orders for the first round. GW needs to get a second factory online ASAP. I did pre-order a copy of the scout team, which I am very hopeful will arrive first week of March.

Scouts in 40k now can only take one sniper rifle per five models. Those old squads of all snipers need to be divided up. Also they can take one heavy bolter or missile launcher per five men. I would be tempted to pick up a squad and make two small units. But I have about 20 of the classic metal ones. Those are fine for me and I actually prefer the models. I just have about 10 redundant snipers with this new rule.

Interestingly the striking scorpions exarch has a weapon option ( twin chainswords) that isn't available in a normal 40k game.

£68 will get you a full army in other game systems , I wouldn’t sniff at GW products. 20 models is very poor indeed. Just finished a kings of war whole army for far less. And Mantic Epic warpath is out. Get a whole army instead is my view. And then there is the supply issues mentioned in the vid a poor company in general. What’s also Nasty is 9 models a team 1 shy of a full squad

I collected since I was 12 I’m now 43 , the old joke was it’s plastic coke lol 😂 it’s way worse now. I think other companies are getting some much deserved love ❤️ so not all bad
