This a great information/ review on this product which i have now purchased ! But the instructions show a Temp indicator,( on page 1 at the top showing the various symbols) but how is it accessed ? Thanks Norm

How to turn off the beeping when I press the buttons ?

I bought one of these... I am now on my third replacement... The first one just stopped working all of a sudden. The second straight cut off and then the plastic trim on the front fell off. Now I have my third and the start button doesn’t work but about half the time. This watch is cheap and breaks.

andrew carwile wowww. Seriously?? But mine works fine. And some of the comments below here seems ok too. Are you an active free diver? How often you dip the watch into the waters? It’s really interesting to find out what is the level of tolerance of this watch. Thanks

Kionz C yes. I spearfish/freedive very often. 3-5 days a week. Yea I’ve had bad luck with these. The good thing is the dive shop I originally got it from is good on exchanging it. They also told me there was a number of people that had the watch exchanged 2!times. I was the first 3 timer.

Wowwww. Thats Lucky enough though, at least you got it replaced. Hmmm looks like this one is not really suitable for frequent divers. Possibly it’s more for a leisure free divers. I think possibly you migrate to a Suunto D4 or D6 would be a better choice. I’ve a Suunto Nouvo D4i, before I got this salvimar one plus and still using now. been using it for like 4 years now. Changed battery once. Works really well.

What is the purpose of chime? Alarm rings with chime selected off and on, no difference. How do you use chime function?( Chime is located in the alarm mode - chime-alarm1-alarm2...alarm5)

I believe chime will make the watch beep every hour, like a standing clock would.
