Hi Paul - yes a great guy I am so glad I got to know him and his family too. If Ci had gone on possibly Swift, Bailey would not be in the positions as they are today - and Sam would have made the industry / dealerships more professional in many ways - thank you for the comments his widow would love that a super lady too.

Hi Andy, interesting Vlog, horses are not something you'd want on the motorway. Can't wait for more videos on the restoration from your friend. Sam Alper's legacy lives on in caravans today, manufacturing could still learn a lot from him.

Thanks Kevin - they looked like tthey had got out from a field and ended on the motorway they were getting a full police escort !!! - Yes Sam had a great vision of how the industry was going and how he wanted it to become more pro set ups and full back up parts at dealers and at the factory. Great guyI am so glad I met him

The last thing you would expect to see on a motorway at 2am is horses ! Hitting one at 70 mph would not end well Hope it did not cause a bad accident

Hi - no it didnt just a bad hold up! a group of lads had been dancing by their car with music on waiting !! I got home at 5.30 am! - thanks

My dad knew Sam Alper. His firm made tents and awnings.

Wow - who was the form? Harrisons? In the 70's San bought OBI Awnings of Denmark who designed for ci tourers as well love to hear more Andy
