@@velvetunderpants44 I don't understand it either. Michael Daves (guitar slinger) has the same thing going. I see their whole god damn arm swinging up and down, and yet they somehow hit individual strings. If anyone can explain it, that would be awesome!

Ironically you need a really long fingers to be able to effectively play mandolin. It's a long reach for a lot of chords.

Pure excellence. Been following Sierra since she was a teenager. Great voice, amazing command of her mandolin and pretty much any instrument she plays. Best wishes to Sierra and Sam,... has been my mando inspiration.
