Sam Hartman might be one of the most hyped QBs so far based solely on his looks. His stats out of college are actually akin to Brock Purdy's but with the one noticeable difference being the number of Interceptions he's thrown. The best case for Hartman is he gets drafted probably late in the 4th round. The team that picks him would probably be a team like the Raiders who are trying to find their forever QB and so Hartman would come in with the understanding he is a backup. Hope the dude turns out like Purdy and the attention he gets goes from his looks to his ability as a QB.

I like his throwing motion. It looks to me like he threw a little late on a few throws and he has a tendency to be high a bit. I think pro scouts want NFL QBs to keep the ball down if possible which helps eliminate some picks. I actually never heard of him until yesterday, something about his 40 time. But my guess is: he’s a little afraid to just let it rip during the combine but it looks like he had a hood arm. But if he just drilled it on some throws he would appear more accurate.

He can get faster by being more flexible. 30 minutes to an hour a day. Not putting much pressure in the stretch over a couple months span will increase his mobility. You can tell he's spent a lot of time strength training his lower body. Which makes him run stiff.
