Rob Licuria is an incredible interviewer. He allows his guests to have the floor after asking really good questions. He gives them the time to think about their answers. No interruptions. No talking over the guest to show he thinks he has more knowledge. I wish all interviewers would witness how Rob respects his guests. Charlie Rose used to drive me insane. Thank you, Rob. I’m a 33 year old man, and not a fan of romance novels… but I watched Outlander recently and gave it a chance in season 1. After the first episode I was hooked. I binge watched 5 seasons on Netflix and season 6 on Starz, now I’m lost without anymore to watch! Haha, I’m now listening to the audiobooks. It’s a great story, I started fast forwarding through their sex scenes though.

Why am I so mesmerized by Sam Heughan 's eyes?!!! I have to watch a scene 2 or 3 times, because i get hooked on his eyes. He is a good actor too. You can't deny he's a really great comedic actor as well. The drama so exciting, even though as a Diana Gabaldon reader, I read everything she writes as soon as it's out! But I love watching Sam in all of his various projects. I can't wait for him to complete his own projects so we can see how he has grown to be so creative. I still hope he picks Arizona for MIK! Diana would love to be a part of it! That would be so special. This interview was so great! Thank you so much Sam for doing it and Robert for asking the questions! PS: I've lost 65lbs. on My Peak Challenge and never felt better in my life! Looking forward to meeting you someday!

Season 6 was handled brilliantly. It's my favourite book (I always say that, but 6 is riveting). I think your interviews with Sam and Caitriona are the only ones I'll watch from now on. You ask such intelligent, in depth, thoughtful questions that in turn allow the actors to respond in kind. So different from the often insulting fluff. ❤️❤️❤️🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

We fans adore Jamie & Claire. Why? It is aspirational but what they have also seems attainable. And that boils down to Sam & Caitriona. The truth of how J&C are portrayed by them is a big piece of it for me. Sam & Caitriona have a way of transcending their roles. They become Jamie & Claire. They are as close to real as possible and that is mesmerizing! They are so ridiculously beautiful to look at, so passionately in love and Sam & Cait are so deeply bonded as friends that the couples have created a unique synergy that circularly feeds itself. it is easy to confuse the two couples and blur the lines between truth and fiction. I've never seen that kind of acting commitment and rare partnership before even though there are a lot of amazing actors out there. Sam & Caitriona's unique chemistry is a mystery that even they don't fully understand. But that's why we can't get enough of them.

my favorite piece of comedy in the show was season 5 (i think) when Jamie comes to Roger and Bree's house to go hunting , and Roger and Bree are naked in bed. Jamie's eye roll said it all.

Brilliant Interview, with humorous and sensible questions from Rob, so eloquently answered by Sam, the question of Jamie running out of luck, and more to the point Steam eventually, already having had more than nine lives is inevitable at some point, that will be a sad day for Jamie & Claire fans, and ‘Outlander’ fans in general….. but we have a ‘Mega’ S7. to come yet and maybe more! who knows! …. Hi Bernice. This little discussion about Jamie's nine lives and that he's already used up 6 or 7 of them according to Sam made me wonder too. Very mysterious as Sam beats around the bush and speaks of signs Jamie recognizes that this or that is going to happen. Perhaps the solution to the appearance of Jamie's ghost on Samhain is hidden here. After all, Sam is one of the few who found out from DG how the story ends, although he probably doesn't know how the writers will end the story.🤔 Really a brilliant Interview. @@GalwayGirl1 I agree Galway, I thought this was a brilliant interview, and you have me wondering about Jamie’s Ghost at Samhain also, it seems all very much up in the air as to the conclusion of Outlander so far…..like you say will the writers have their own version of the ending of the series!! I also think from what Sam was saying it could depend on the viewing figures if the series stretches to an 8th.Season, it’s still short of the original 10 books though I believe, plus by that time will there be any resemblance left of Jamie and Claire, maybe they would prefer to be remembered in their prime, as they always will be in our hearts ♥️ I will let you know what I think of ‘SUSPECT’ 🥰🥀🤗👋

Why are you not hopeful?? Outlander has to go all the way to the end. We have to know about Jamie's ghost for one thing. And for another, Sam has been the most incredible personification of Jamie right from the beginning that it's almost spooky. I agree with you though to some extent. Both Sam and Caitriona have vaguely implied that it might not continue. Fans will be devastated if that turns out to be the case.🙀🙀🙀🙀 I know I will be. Best TV series since Lonesome Dove, even though that was a limited series. Anyone who saw Lonesome Dove knows what an accolade it is putting Outlander up there with it.

Also, aren't the contracts up for Cait and Sam, so will need new negotiation.... I hope, like you, that things will work out, even if the last three books are done as movies 😁

Rob ‘s interviewing skills bring out the best in Sam! Although, I don't think I have seen a bad one yet! Sam has been in ❤very hot rooms. That had to be extremely uncomfortable, but Sam delivers! I agree that when Sam feels relaxed, we get to watch how Sam thinks outside the box, we also see how alluring his natural charm comes out. That makes the experience so much lighter and more enjoyable! Kudos to them both. 😂
