What Marz10 is saying is that most blue collar, entry level jobs like factory jobs (ones that aren't humiliating and degrading like flipping burgers is) have been out sourced to the third world where some 10 year old Indian slave can do the job for one hundredth the cost. Other jobs like construction that would normally have been given to Whites, are given to illegals. It's virtually impossible to get an entry-level job these days, that isn't completely humiliating.
