I worked at a gas station awhile ago, it was company policy that employees are forbidden from having any weapons on the premises, grounds for instant termination, despite the fact gas stations get robbed more than any business. Theyd rather an employee get murdered than risk a lawsuit from an employee defending themselves. Shows where their priorities are.

Coming from Brazil let me tell you guys. They banned guns here and gun homicide skyrocketed, criminals are going to get guns one way or another and it's not likely that they're going to get it the legal way. I don't even blame the gun ban, most criminals are sons of single mothers, but to think that guns are the reason as to why homicides are occuring is delusional. There's too many variables for violence and gun rights don't seem to be the problem

Crime has gone up but how they report the number changed, it was crime reports (someone is a victim or a witness of a crime and calls) but now it's arrests or convictions. So it's a deflated number but still has increased to almost 90s levels. The Gun thing also is that people talk big but, * looks around * nothing happens 99% of the time. I know big Road Ragers, and they own guns, but they've never used them on anyone.

It actually did sense the 90s as they started locking up criminals for long. Unfortunately this was undone with the Floyd bs long nose tribesmen in any large city spend endless money to free violent criminals.
