Her voice tone is unique and so tough/full in a very wholesome way, she probably needed some improvement at certain points, but I think she's the best among the girls category that year. I wish she had gone further man, she had so much potential.

Went to see Green Day the musical at Bridlington Spa. Sam performed that day and her voice was mind-blowing. Every performer was brilliant but she stole the show. I wish she had some gritty rock songs. Sam could be the next Stevie Nix.

Matt Terry can sing very well but most of his performances were the same which made listening to him during the live shows boring. He had a couple of great performances like Writing on the wall during live 7 but overall he wasn't very interesting. Sam on the other hand drew us into her performances with her amazing vocals and made her performances very memorable.

Initially when Sam auditioned for the x factor I did not feel as though she was not being her original self I feel like she was trying to be something that she is not looking like a pop star but as soon as Simon Cowell told her at judges houses that she should have so much make up on her she became a completely different person hats off to Simon

In 6 chair challenge, Simon accuses her of looking over styled, gets her to strip it back for the judges house, (which I believe was staged) then... slowly over her performances, she is more and more over styled again? the heavy make up comes back, the clothes get more and more extreme. Yes she is ultra talented but simon should have stuck to his own advice and presented her more 'human' through out

I see why she didn’t win. Whilst she has power in her voice, her tuning is off quite a lot. The main issue though, is her technique, she has no vibrato at all so any long note sounds flat.
