If you watch the vod you can see the references made by the poses. During Sam 4’s run he was talking about angry bird bombs, and murdering trees. So the Sam with bomb is obviously Sam 4

real sam's sprites are probably one of the smoothest sprites ive ever seen in fnf and probably the only one ive seen be extremely smooth without it being jittery on hold notes and stuff. and i love how ai sam's sprites are sort of stock image-ish with his idle and poses not being as fluid as real sam and i can only assume that the poses for ai sam after doug starts singing are references to what he says in the stream because i never really finished watching it all the way

yeah, the AI sam poses are i believe cooking gold was angry british pirate sam (sam 1), crab secret and angry bird bomb was definitely wierd lore/"the darkness is really getting to me" sam(sam 4), and the cheese and crackers was the one that completed tic-tac-toe that i believe was "i feel like a champion" sam (sam 19)

The detail in this is delightful. The fact that real Sam is animated to match his type of animation in the game, while AI Sam is harder cuts between poses because he was just a slightly moving image is perfect. The colors and art of real Sam being so soft while AI Sam is sharper, more vibrant, closer to the key art than the in game art (which considering his png Was key art is absolutely wonderful). Also the switch up of having Doug be on the left side instead of the right side because he's battling against AI Sam is such a small change but fits the everything so well. Also the references after AI Sam 'snaps'? Wonderful. Thank you for sharing!

I adore the progression in this mod At first you can barely tell the difference between regular sam and ai sam They have a couple differences in their styles but they're mostly the same Then when Ai sam breaks he gets a lot more cocky looking and his poses get way more unhinged just like the ai in the actual stream did And then we have to put them down

I *really* dig that particular style, I don't think I usually see bugged computer characters being warped in such a way as to make them seem like they're almost melting like that, it feels very unique and I respect that.

just went through the sam transformation animation and wow, this is packed with cool stuff - start normal - blink, have a stroke - sad for a frame, happy for a frame, then changes begin - mic and flashlight disappear, as in the final sprite - reappear for a frame, but then blues out and things looks really weird here - upside down - the darkness starts to get to him and he screams (sprites with and without mic overlaid) - lennys out - babagaboosh - bf face - handsome squidward - the horror - bluescreens out - death of a sam - probably a reference i missed but that looks like a gunshot to the face, which... - corrupted sam - :| - doug eyes, just like dad - prior sprites start glitching together, containing little bits of the new sprites, first mash with down, cheese and crackers - second new sprite has the angry bird bomb sprite sprinkled in (right) - fourth has the how to cook gold book (up) (is there a crabs secret one?) - mess - very briefly, right before regaining coherence, there's a flash frame containing the doug sprite, with chatgpt inside its brain - and with that reveal, everything slides into place to form our new sam. so much work went into this. great job! ah, and of course the binary in the new down miss spells "Babagaboosh"

It wasn’t actually in the stream at all! (That I’m aware of). I found a zip file online that contained all the isolated voice lines from Pajama Sam: No Need To Hide When It’s Dark Outside and i downloaded the specific Sam folder and just went through the voice lines and found that one and it just felt appropriate lol
