میں اللہ تعالی کے فرمان ، وَمَا لَـكُمۡ لَا تُقَاتِلُوۡنَ فِىۡ سَبِيۡلِ اللّٰهِ وَالۡمُسۡتَضۡعَفِيۡنَ مِنَ الرِّجَالِ وَالنِّسَآءِ وَالۡوِلۡدَانِ الَّذِيۡنَ يَقُوۡلُوۡنَ رَبَّنَاۤ اَخۡرِجۡنَا مِنۡ هٰذِهِ الۡـقَرۡيَةِ الظَّالِمِ اَهۡلُهَا‌ۚ وَاجۡعَلْ لَّـنَا مِنۡ لَّدُنۡكَ وَلِيًّا ۙۚ وَّاجۡعَلْ لَّـنَا مِنۡ لَّدُنۡكَ نَصِيۡرًاؕ‏ ﴿۷۵﴾ ‏‎اور تم کو کیا ہوا ہے کہ خدا کی راہ میں اور اُن بےبس مردوں اور عورتوں اور بچوں کی خاطر نہیں لڑتے جو دعائیں کیا کرتے ہیں کہ اے پروردگار ہم کو اس شہر سے جس کے رہنے والے ظالم ہیں نکال کر کہیں اور لے جا۔ اور اپنی طرف سے کسی کو ہمارا حامی بنا۔ اور اپنی ہی طرف سے کسی کو ہمارا مددگار مقرر فرما- ﴿۷۵﴾ کی رو سے آپ سے یہ سوال کرنا چاہتی ہوں کہ کیا اس فرمان کو نہ مان کر پاکستانی سیاست دان، پاکستانی فوج، پاکستانی علما، پاکستانی عدلیہ اور دیگر اعلی عہدوں پر فائز لوگ مسلمان ہیں یا کافر ہیں؟ اگر کافر ہیں تو آئین پاکستان کے تحت چونکہ کوئی کافر پاکستان کا حکمران نہیں ہو سکتا تو کیا موجودہ حکومت ، اور فوج کو گرانا جائز ہے یا ناجائز؟ اگر جائز نہیں ہے تو قرآن و حدیث سے وضاحت کر دیں۔ یہ بھی بتا دیں کہ حکمران کس صورت میں کافر نہیں ہوں گئے؟ میری تمام پاکستانی بہن بھائیوں سے اپیل ہے کہ اوپر دئیے گئے سوالات کو کاپی کرئیں اور اپنے نزدیکی عالم دین سے اس کا فتوی لے کر اس تحریر کی تصویر اپنی سوشل میڈیا پروفائل پر شئیر کریں۔ اس پیغام کو فرقان سمجھ کر اپنے حکمرانوں اور علما کے اصلی چہرے کو پہچاننیے اور عوام کی حثییت سے اس معاملے میں اپنی ذمہ داری انجام دئیں۔ اس وقت ہمارے پاس وہی چند گھڑیاں ہیں جو ایک نبی کی امت کے پاس تھیں اور انہوں نے آخری وقت میں توبہ کر لی اور اللہ نے انکا عذاب معاف کردیا تھا۔ اگر ہم فلسطین کی مدد کو نہ گئے تو ہم پر حجت تمام ہے۔
