Sethi Saheb is so quick in blaming Judiciary for the crises. He is absolutely right in pointing out the inconsistencies and the controversies associated with the Judiciary and its past. However, he didn't shed any light on why Judiciary is become so politicized. Truth is that the establishment, since the existence of Pakistan has intimidated, pressurized and coerced Judiciary officials to achieve their agenda. Establishment has always been out of their domain, so much so that now as Sethi Saheb has pointed out, that we are on the verge of a disaster. Manipulating politicians, using religious leaders , creating political parties and then crushing them are the other inglorious credits. This intellectual dishonesty from Sethi Saheb is disappointing.

Sethi is clearly a beneficiary of this system, he always speaks for the status quo, If the judiciary is uniting for the issue of interference from Establishment, and establishment is threatening them through their proxies because they don't want them to make the required changes, than these proxies must be dealt with to give a clear message to establishment, that the it's about time that this tyranny over all the pillars of the State by establishment stop and constitutional limits must prevail. Pakistan needs that to get out of this mess created by hegemony of one institution over all the affairs of the State.
