Chahe vo vehicle Aapki Bike ho or private Car.Re registration ki fee, additional fee, penalty, fine, form sab kuch Yahan bataya gaya hai. as per motor vehicle act Re registration of car and re registration of bike after complete 15 years is compulsory.
नोट - इस वीडियो में बताएं गए नियम Delhi - NCR में लागू नही होंगें। अर्थात राष्ट्रीय राजधानी दिल्ली क्षेत्र में पंजीकृत वाहनों का Re Registration नहीं हो सकेगा।

Sir you are right in all of it. But in some states penalty for late registration is fixed.

This penalty is applicable on road tax of rs. 300/-per month or on fitness validity date . Pl clarify.
